Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Orders shipped within India are processed promptly after confirmation.

Local & Regional (Punjab/Chandigarh/Tri-city): Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Rest of India: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 12 business days.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to village or remote areas may take approximately 7 to 15 business days.

At present, we do not provide the option for Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted global partners including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Skynet.

Timeline: International deliveries generally take between 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of the package; these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Customs & Duties: Please note that any import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information or Airway Bill (AWB) number. This allows you to monitor the delivery progress of your order until it reaches you. All our packages are sent via registered courier services to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
